Host Profit Lab is operated under the Dynep brand by an individual site operator. The calculator does not require an account and its financial calculations run in your browser.
Information entered into the calculator
The site does not intentionally transmit the property assumptions, scenario labels or other calculator values you enter to a site database or email service. Do not enter sensitive personal, banking, tax-account or confidential guest information.
Analytics
The site currently uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visits and product-usage measurement. Events may include calculator start and completion, break-even calculation, sensitivity viewing, STR-versus-LTR use, CSV export, print/report use, and clicks on enabled partner or premium links. The implementation does not send property addresses, owner names, email addresses or financial input values as event parameters, and configures IP anonymization. Google may process standard technical and usage data under its own policies and the choices available in your browser.
Support email
If you email the site operator at support@dynep.com, the site operator receives the email address and message content you choose to send in order to respond. Do not send sensitive personal, payment, tax-account, banking or confidential guest information.
Services not currently active
There is currently no email-capture form or email delivery service and no payment checkout. The site currently displays one clearly labeled Buffer affiliate link; Dynep may earn a commission if you sign up through that link, at no extra cost to you.
